These are the boxes present at the time of Jackie's 8/3/2010 inspection. Staff explained that they had to touch every single page in these boxes to make sure they didn't miss anything. If it cost $2100 to locate & get through these 6 boxes obviously someone is way over-paid!

They should have tried to Google "allied signal Honeywell warranty." Yes, it is just that easy to find out how to file a warranty claim for this manufacturer.
This is an example of the poor documentation the Board was being provided that started to raise questions.
